Welcome to Little Big Therapy located on the Central Coast, New South Wales.

We are a new therapy service offering experienced Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy for children under the age of 9, accessing funding from the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), GP management plans or privately. All services are priced in accordance with NDIS guidelines.

Little Big Therapy is a community-based service where your child is seen in the location best suited to achieving their goals. We work within their natural environment including home, childcare, school or the community.

Our aim is to deliver evidenced based therapy that empowers your child to thrive and achieve their developmental milestones and family goals whilst having fun along the way. We are committed to making therapy engaging and enjoyable, promoting progress through play.
